Pillar is a robust, in-house warehouse management system tailored specifically for AJCHobbies. This custom-built application streamlines our production, inventory, and order fulfillment processes. It offers seamless integration with e-Commerce platforms, enabling efficient order management and rapid sales data aggregation at the click of a button. Designed exclusively for AJCHobbies' operations, Pillar is not available for external distribution or use.

Following a sync, a new fulfillment session can be initiated. This creates an intuitive interface where all new orders can be efficiently picked and packed, streamlining the entire order processing workflow.
Automated Tracking
Our packing interface allows for quick bag scan into button press label generation. Once created, tracking information is automatically transmitted to the relevant sales platform, enabling immediate customer notification.
Security
Access
Pillar is only accessible via our local firewalled physical network. Remote access is facilitated through secure remote desktop solutions. No port forwarding is ever used.
Backups
Daily automated database backups are uploaded and stored within a secure private AWS bucket.
Usage
Pillar is not available for distribution and we maintain it as an in-house only solution. Developed by AJCHobbies for exclusive use by AJCHobbies.
